A week of uncertainties and doubt, a week of questions unanswered. What are we really here for? Is it really Contact Center Services (CCS) Training or just Customer Service, with all those selling spiels and stuffs. lol
Anyway, it was fun and boring at the same time. Why? Because I have already had that Call Center training before so there was nothing new. But it was fun and funny because we had to act as if we work as a salesperson and sell stuffs to our trainer.
She said that there is no NC II for CCS and that the only certificate closest we can get is that of teh CS so we had to take it as well.
Well, I always welcome new experiences so why not try it? lol. It wouldn't hurt to at least try. However, I am writing this blog today, June 22, and I still haven't heard any news about the Assessment for CS NC II.
