Vocabulary: 

1. Release 

Meaning: launch; bring the product onto the market.

Sentence: Let's move on to the topic of the release date.


2. point of view

Meaning: a way of considering something

Sentence: From my point of view, that sounds just about right.


3. sounds about right

Meaning: used when the person is mostly sure of something but could be wrong. 

Sentence: From my point of view, that sounds just about right.


4. pretty major

Meaning: fairly important, bigger, or more serious than others

Sentence: We are still having some pretty major problems with bugs.


5. rub it in

Meaning: remind someone on the purpose of something that is uncomfortable or painful. 

Sentence: You always have to rub it in. (a joke)


6. burning the midnight oil

Meaning: (read, study, or) work late into the night.

Sentence: We're all goi
ng to be working overtime every night, burning the midnight oil.
