The eagle represents freedom. People in Marawi do not have freedom due to the war. They are suffering physically and emotionally. Their loved ones killed. Their longing for their family's big. They lost their houses and livelihood. The war between religious groups caused a big harm to many mindanaoans. - Marlou Estrellones, Kizzy Marie Nunez, Roseann Quirabu, Alyka Gia Lingat, and Vannese Macabebe.

The illustration shows the heroes of Marawi. They sacrificed their lives to defend the city caught in the war between the soldiers and terrorists. The bird symbolizes peace that the people from Marawi long for. - John Andrei G. Nacis, Ma. Crystal Precones, Hanna Mae Beltran, Jayson Ogale, and Mark James Mahilum.

As you can see, there's a lot of shapes and cubes in our illustration. It defines the Marawi wherein houses were destroyed and some people died and killed during the war. - John Dale Balanquit, Erwin Delos Santos, Ard Angel Comperada Aaron Tumalip and Rosalinda Navidad.

In our poster, we drew a lion because all of us know that a lion is the king of the jungle. In Marawi, all of the terrorists there wish to be the leader and take control of all of the people there, just like the lion. Despite this, with the help of our government, people in Marawi will be able to survive this trial. The Philippine flag represents our nation standing tall amidst these attacks from the terrorists. - Mikaela Sayson, Mark Anthony Imperial, Yancy Labayuga, and Angelica Ramos.

We made this wonderful masterpiece with a great topic that will definitely make our hearts pump like it is breaking into pieces. Before this place of Marawi in Mindanao is a very peaceful place. The flower symbolizes this beautiful and peaceful place. But with just a blink of an eye, the terror began. For a reason that many wanted to dominate the place. Blood for blood. They didn't mind seeing each other suffer. We still believe that one day, Marawi will be able to live again and peace and say hello to tomorrow. - Dominador Osea III, Charles Rodregaso, Joseph Rodriguez, Elmer Galono, John Federick Chavez, and Milton Frank Benito.
