February 27, 2016. My Demonstration Teaching Day. And it was at 7-Loyalty's Class. I teach three sections. And out of all those three, I dreaded to be observed in this section. It wasn't because they aren't good enough. No. I believe that my students are all capable of doing great in demonstration classes. What I was worried about is if they will behave and cooperate.
I was hoping I'd be observed at 7-Charity's class- The pilot section. They are very reliable and I am very much confident that they can do well and that they will definitely participate in class discussions and group activities.
But much to my surprise, they did fairly well. They were very cooperative and eager to answer questions I ask. They were also able to give good answers and were able to express themselves well in English. I was also give good feedback after the demo-teaching by our Assistant to the Principal. So I was truly grateful and gave them candies as tokens. haha.
This only strengthen my trust on them and even if somebody else observes my class with them I know that they will do their best to help me out as well in carrying out my lesson. They were pretty proud of themselves when I told them I got good marks during our demo. So cute, these kids. lol
